Welcome to Wild Orchid Photography!
I specialize in working with families, families-to-be (maternity sessions), newborns and couples. My Maternity, Newborn, Family and Elopement portrait sessions are shot using natural light, and take place at an outdoor location we chose, or in your home/vacation rental. This gives us the ability to move around freely and have fun! Focusing on a "lifestyle" portraiture approach, I strive to capture real emotion and connection, while you are naturally interacting and just relaxing being yourself. These sessions are lightly posed, yet fully directed and many times i am asking you to not even look at the camera! I draw from my art background and passion for creativity to create authentic images that you will cherish. All photo sessions are developed around you, and we work together so that each one is going to highlight your unique personality. Weather we are at the beach spinning in circles or in the quiet window light with a newborn baby in arms, your photo session will be tailored to your occasion.
